HAYES VALLEY—Now that CAV Wine Bar has a shiny new chef in John Maher (formerly of Aqua), it's implementing Industry Nights on Mondays, starting tonight. From 9PM to 12AM, they'll be offering $2 tacos and $2 cans of Tecate. Update: Just to be clear, the Monday "family meal" menu changes weekly. Next week: $2 prime beef and BBQ Pork sliders.
