Right this very second, Barbacco is finally open for business. While it sits patiently for its liquor license, the long-awaited, 66-seat follow-up to its big sis next door is lunch-only at this point and closes at 3PM. That said, Staffan Terje, Umberto Gibin and the rest of the team (former Perbacco sous chef Sarah Burchard is running the kitchen here) have put together a solid daytime menu. For those curious folk who just can't wait to stop by, this PR-heavy YouTube video probably affords the most substantial glimpse at both the menu and the space.
