Leticia's Opens in Its New Castro Home This Week

New, 22 comments

Onetime Castro margarita watering hole Leticia's closed years ago, but this Thursday, the Mexican joint will finally return to its old stomping ground, albeit on the other side of the Market Street. In the old Thai Corner Express space on the high-profile corner of Market and 15th, Leticia's is back with the same owners, the same chef (Gonzalo Ramirez), and the same Mexican-centric menu of steaks and seafood. However, do note that when it opens for lunch and dinner on Thursday, it will be sans liquor license, a dry state that is expected to last until February, at which point the margaritas will return.
