Another day, another helping of fightin' words from the still-going Chez TJ/Bruno Chemel feud. As Chemel prepares to roll out his 22-seat Baume with four ex-staffers from TJ next week (key quote: "It's my turn to showcase what I can do"), let's just say that Chez TJ owner George Aviet is putting the public pressure on his new chef Scott Nishiyama.
