Perbacco's little sister opened for lunch service last Monday, and today, with a shiny new liquor license firmly in hand, Barbacco rolls out dinner service too. Much has already been written about the casual Italian spinoff, both here and elsewhere, but please do take a look around the slick space in the gallery above. The design is the latest work by local restaurant starchitect Cass Calder Smith; here, he dispersed Barbacco's 66 seats between a marble bar, walnut two-tops and a few short communal tables, all in the backdrop of exposed brick and an open kitchen.
