SOMA—The seventh member of the Osha Thai empire claimed the old Bong Su space back in October (even though it's right around the corner the Second Street location), and today, it's open to the public. The tony interior hasn't changed much from its last incarnation, which is a good thing. The menu follows in tune with the other branches. 311 3rd Street, at Folsom; 415-896-6742; website [EaterWire]
