7x7 breaks the news that the Parks & Rec Dept. has finally started to hand out assignments in the city's park vendor plan that was approved last year. Dolores Park will feature La Cocina and Blue Bottle kiosks, while Justin Hermann Plaza will get Let's Be Frank, Onigilly, La Cocina and Blue Bottle.
