Once upon a time, Aqua was a FiDi power lunch destination, but since reinstating lunch service in September, the midday crowd has consisted mostly of crickets and tumbleweed: "... business has been slow so far, says Karim Guedouar, Aqua's general manager. 'The nine-month closure broke our energy,' he says, adding that about 90% of the lunch crowd has been business diners." Though it's not hard to believe foie gras salads aren't selling nowadays, here's hoping Bacchus helps them find their energy. [WSJ]
