The University of Wisconsin-Madison's newspaper reports on a drug-dealing lunch cart near campus that may be jeopardizing the fate of mobile vendors in the area. The big tip off that the lunch cart was also selling drugs? They set up a tent next to the cart, where customers were entering and exiting without food late into the night. Says a relative of the cart owner "Ain’t no drug dealing going out of here—just steak, burgers and chicken sandwiches." A local business committee is considering instituting a ban on street vendors in the area. [Badger Herald via Eater National]
