Report: SF's Best Chinese Spot is a Vietnamese Restaurant

Yesterday, headed by Martin Yan and Top Chef Season One contestant Lee Ann Wong, noted authority on Chinese food, industry publication Chinese Restaurant News, released its annual list of the top 10 Chinese restaurants in the country. The full list is at Eater National, and though Los Altos got a curious shout-out with Chef Chu's, San Francisco's only representative is Ana Mandara .... Ana Mandara the Vietnamese restaurant ... Ana Mandara the restaurant named after a Vietnamese folk tale with a bar named after Vietnamese indigenous people.

Only six days in, and we've already got a leading contender for the worst list of the decade. For shame, Martin Yan.
