All of a sudden, SoMa is ground zero for the fancy coffee revolution, with Vega, Sightglass, Blue Bottle and others all moving in over the last few years. And as seen on Laughing Squid, now the latest entry South of Market is none other than Ritual Roastery. The Mission heavyweight has opened a roastery for their wholesale operations at Seventh and Howard, but in due time, there will also be a small cafe in the front. [LS via SFist]
