Here we have the first look at the nearly-complete interior at the pretty lady known as Barbacco. She's a looker, right? In what's expected to be the first big-deal restaurant to open this year, the Perbacco wine bar/trattoria spinoff is currently planning on rolling out lunch service on this coming Monday (biggity-boom).
