For a better idea of the food, we've got early brunch and dinner
menus from chef Ola Fendert . He's calling it French-American, but there are Italian, Spanish and Asian things on there, so maybe we should just call it "global" or something. Now the hours -- regardless of your preference for soft or hard openings -- shall be 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. Tuesday through Wednesday and until 2 a.m. Thursday through Sunday. Brunch will only be served on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Current hours: nil. No reservations. We'll be publishing a thrilling photo gallery of this one before it opens, so do check back.
