Maiden Lane's Bistro 69 -- named for its address, not a zodiac sign or anything else one might imagine -- has gone up for sale. According to real estate agent Bruce Breitman, the restaurant's owner Reza Khajenoori is moving out of town after 10 years in business here. In case you're wondering, he also reports the landlord is "a great guy." The listing outlines a 2,000 square-foot property including 50 seats inside and 60 outside, a Type 41 liquor license and an all-inclusive, rather low monthly rent of $5.5K. Breitman tells Eater the place is "in excellent condition" and the asking price is 450K. Prada is one-half block away and Sur La Table is next door -- to put it in Bauer's terms, "primo." Interested parties can contact Breitman at 415-435-4506. [EaterWire]
