The tables have been set, the candles are perched for lighting and all signs of Saturday's party have been removed as Restaurant Michael Mina awaits its formal reveal tonight for dinner service. We've explained the menus and most of the salient details, so we'll leave it to this gallery here to fill in the rest of the color. Remember Frost Tsuji Architects was commissioned to reinvent the Aqua interior they designed here 20 years ago while keeping many of its original elements intact.
