All sorts of tapenades, marinades and stuffings will be laid out so buyers can customize at will. Meaty freebies like salumi and pate, beer and wine will also be provided for minglers from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Boetticher hopes to make these "beast of the week" gatherings a regular thing. [EaterWire]
