These noteworthy openings are happening soon. Please tell us about the new kids on your block we may have missed.
FIDI - SoMa's popular street crepe hawker, Crêperie Saint Germain, is opening its first dine-in location at 1 Sansome Street next Thursday with a party at 7:30 p.m. The same menu of "healthalicious" buckwheat crepes will be offered with the addition of some smoothie and sandwich options. Owner Zeynep Aynaci opened her "crepe shed on wheels" on 2nd street about a year ago and also has a two-month old operation out of the Chevron at 1601 Mission Street, so all this expansion is really quite exciting. Oh and p.s. this one already soft-opened, so you can sneak in now if desired. [EaterWire]
SOMA - Tomorrow Four Barrel Coffee will be opening a "drip bar" inside new retail clothier The Common at 1077 Mission St Mission Street near 7th. Coffee drinkers can hang out in the cafe-like space in the back of the store with a 10-seat communal table and a couch. The owners are also currently interviewing several "local artisanal food vendors" for future inclusion. Hours of operation are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 5 or 6 p.m. on the weekends. [EaterWire]
