Newsom To Send Crab, Chocolate To Texas If Giants Lose

The restaurants and bars of SF are getting serious about the World Series. And now the normally peace-loving craft brewers and even the mayor are getting fired up. Shaun O'Sullivan of the 21st Amendment Brewery has entered a bet with Fritz Rahr of Rahr & Sons Brewing in Fort Worth, TX -- agreeing to don a Rangers shirt and drink a can of Rahr and Sons in front of AT&T Park in a worst case scenario.

Meanwhile, The Gav and Arlington mayor Robert Cluck have put a day of community service at stake, along with a shipment of hometown food and drink. If the Rangers win, Newsom will send Dungeness crabs, sourdough bread, Ghirardelli chocolate and Anchor Steam beer down south. When the Giants win, City Hall will be overloaded with BBQ from Arlington favorite Spring Creek BBQ. And it's on.
