On the block of Third Street between Serpentine and Piccino, a new and somewhat mysterious tapas restaurant and bar with flat-screen TVs has popped onto the scene. As noted on this bit of photographic evidence here, hours are 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. At time of posting, there is also a lone Yelp review to add to the pool of evidence. An Eater informant speaks of small plates and a vibe that's "more gastropub than restaurant." Since there's no phone number listed at this time, we're going to open this one up to the peanut gallery for now.
