An update is in order for The Long Bar, which will not be closing or changing its name this month as was loosely planned earlier. Owner Reza Esmaili tells us things were really churning during The World Series playoff games, inspiring him to continue operating as is through November and December. As of today, he's planning to close down in January for a bit to complete all the remodeling and final changes, including that name update. In the meantime, here's the current, updated menu with newly reduced prices from chef Erik Hopfinger. Esmaili would draw your attention to the boneless buffalo chicken wings made into meatballs enriched with Maytag blue cheese and a slather of housemade buffalo sauce.
