Knicks at Specchio, Oxbow at Night, Dungeness Drop, More

CRABS! - After an uber-short delay, the Dungeness have descended into San Francisco and should be showing up on Bay Area menus as soon as tomorrow. [Chron]

NAPA VALLEY - Most vendors at Oxbow Market now stay open until 9 p.m., seven nights a week. The new hours started yesterday. Quoth Oxbow founder and CEO Steve Carlin, "We are looking forward to also becoming Napa’s nighttime hangout." [EaterWire]

THE MISSION - The NY Knicks are playing the Warriors on Friday and plan to hit Specchio for dinner the night before. Chef-owner Gino Assaf will be taking shavings from his one-pound truffle for the dinner in addition to serving them a traditional four-course affair washed down with a 2004 Barbaresco. [EaterWire]
