Brixton Brings Chef Mah, O'Toole OUT at Bardesseno, More

SOUND CHEQUE - Of Montreal (the band) has revealed its favorite bakery/sweet shop in the U.S.: See's Candy and Chocolate in San Francisco. [-EN-]

CHEF SHUFFLES - Chef Michelle Mah -- last seen at the now-shuttered Midi in the FiDi -- has signed on to help out as consulting executive chef at Brixton. Remember this is the American eatery Hugo Gamboa and friends are building out at the old Left at Alby's space. Meanwhile, Sean O'Toole just put in his notice at Youtville's Bardesseno for a job in San Francisco. What now, did Ty-Flo hire him too? [ISSF]

LARKSPUR - The Tavern at Lark Creek will start serving lunch on December 6th until December 23rd during the weekdays "by popular demand." Hours will be 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Seasonal menus and cocktails will abound during this time, natch. [EaterWire]
