Seven Hills in Russian Hill; Beast and the Hare in the Mission

New, 1 comment

In addition to LCX, which may open this weekend in Oakland, two very nice openings graced San Francisco this week past. Here's your recap:

Seven%20Hills.jpg1) Russian Hill: Alexander Alioto and family have completed a major remodel of the old 1550 Hyde space on its picturesque block. The result, Seven Hills, will open tonight. Information on the art work, interior changes and the team can be found here and here in the Eater archives. Please do take a moment to peep the opening menu as well, which has very authentic things like a pumpkin sformato and very San Francisco things like a Dungeness crab canelloni. [EaterWire]

2) The Mission: On Wednesday, Beast and the Hare did a soft opening. Read up on the inspiring story of owners Dylan Denicke and Ian Marks here in the Eater Archives. [EaterWire]
