We all know Le Cheval sadly shuttered over the weekend after 25 years in business. And now here's more on its reincarnation-of-sorts down the street as LCX, which will inhabit the former Crown Wok location at 1019 Clay Street. Although the full Le Cheval menu will be offered, the new space has less than half the seating capacity. Former Le Cheval owner Son Tran's son Quan Tran will be the head honcho here as daddy Tran looks for another location for Le Cheval somewhere in Oakland. LCX may open as soon as this Saturday.
