Secret Dinners This Saturday

New, 3 comments

leif.jpgThis Saturday, November 27th, chef Leif Hedendal is putting on two secret (probably because they're not totally legal but hey, live a little!) dinners. Chef Hedendal recently returned from an internship at Restaurant Noma, currently ranked #1 on the S. Pellegrino World’s 50 Best Restaurants List and was recently featured in The New York Times so he's got the chops to work magic in the kitchen, right? The improvised menu includes freshly cut local Ceps, Little City Gardens delicacies, shell beans, Andante Creamery cheeses, and obscure heirloom apples.

Cost is $50 and must be prepaid by check. Not at all shady. There will be two seatings at 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., and they're only accepting parties of two and four, so it's perfect for lovebirds and swingers. BYOB. RSVP to Leif. [EaterWire]
