NostradaBauer proclaims from on high 2010 "may be" -- oh wait, yes, it is -- "the best year for new restaurant openings in the 24+ years I’ve been been working at The Chronicle." He already basically said this over the summer, but now it's just that much more clear with still-unreviewed things like Plum, 25 Lusk, Michael Mina and Bourbon Steak vying for his attention.
