Since his Top Chef days and leaving Mission Beach Cafe, Ryan Scott hasn't been up to a whole lot -- besides catering, appearing all over the place on national TV, looking hot and a little sponsorship work for Morningstar Farms (cha-ching). Well now he's back on the local scene. And in the trendiest, coolest way possible in this day and age: with a food truck. Matt Cohen of Off the Grid tells us 3-Sum Eats will launch Thursday at Off the Grid's Upper Haight installation with this nicely curated menu (three sandwiches, gnocchi tater tots, peanut butter pie) and the tagline of "Get Sauced, Tossed & Sandwiched."
