We heard rumblings of this a bit ago from Flour + Water chef Thomas McNaughton and now the word on the street is the restaurant is accepting reservations -- on the DL -- for its newly released private dining room, affectionately knicknamed "the dough room." Here McNaughton plans to serve up carefully prepared, customized, limited availability, 8-course tasting menus, incorporating the nose-to-tail butchery, handmade pastas and seasonal influences he's known for in the main dining room.
