THE LUNCH BUNCH - Cotogna starts lunch today, which includes a $24 fixed price option. Addie's Pizza Pie in Berkeley started its daytime service yesterday. They're doing tours for applicants on December 15 and January 5. Final deadline is January 18th. The space is quite nice, as you see here. [EaterWire]
