I know what you're doing for dinner! Heading to Plum to check out new chef Charlie Parker and see what all the fuss is about. It's an especially good night because it's chef Parker's first night at the Oakland restaurant and although we won't see menu changes right away, we can expect some soon. Now, when people ask Parker where he's from, he can say, "Oakland, smokin'" which is really the best. [TableHopper, earlier]
