According to the WSJ the Obamas will be chugging grapes from some local wineries over the holidays. Michelle Obama's press secretary says wines from Sonoma's Landmark Vineyards and Pride Mountain Winery in St. Helena are among the White House favorites. And there's a method behind this madness: “both offer great stories of women who developed a passion for the industry.” Although writer Lettie Teague notes "there have also been some pretty talented men working at those wineries too."
