The Marina's new Izakaya, Chotto, (remember, we brought you an inside peek on Monday?) is, after a short delay, opening tonight. They passed inspections yesterday and are ready to rock out the rolls (I apologize) this evening. Their hours are 5:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and until 1 a.m. on Friday and Saturday. That's basically 4 a.m. in San Francisco, I'm impressed. [EaterWire]
