Tonight, Gary Rulli reopens the doors to his dining establishment on the corner of Chestnut and Scott. Gone are the cafe-centric sentiments of Emporio Rulli Gran Cafe and in their place is a new, enoteca-esque concept dubbed Ristobar. The menus are now up on the official site and consist of salumi, cheeses, pizzas and similar rustic Italian fare. That said, the most alluring part of the equation might be the Enomatic wine system (shiny objects = entertaining), though that long marble bar ain't bad either. Anyway, Ristobar is open only for dinner for now, from 5PM to 10PM, 11PM on weekends.
