Craig's Place Shuttered; New Seafood Spot En Route

After two-plus years on the prime real estate corner across the street from the Tartine/Delfina/Bi-Rite strip, Craig's Place is officially doneski. But the onetime diner won't stay dark for too long, as the current owners are holding onto the property and turning it into a new seafood eatery called Ebb & Flow. It should be a quick turnaround for the space too, with a reopening planned for the first week of March or thereabouts. That hot location deserves a good restaurant, so hopefully this new seafood concept catches on better than Craig's Place, because if the crowds are inconsistent, those Ebb & Flow headlines will just write themselves.
