As suspected back in November, Nob Hill old-timer Cafe Mozart has finally closed after 31 fruitful years on Bush Street. Cafe Mozart owner Fredy Fahrni had been wanting to sell his classic French restaurant—self-proclaimed as the most romantic restaurant in San Francisco, by the way—for a while now, and now the deal has finally gone through. On the way is a new establishment by the name of Sons & Daughters; according to the new team, they're hoping for a relatively quick turnaround and have a tentative reopening date three months from now.
