NEW YORK—Yesterday the Daily News reported that Bruce Springsteen was suing a Midtown Manhattan Irish pub for copyright infringement over a few cover songs. Today the Boss is denying any involvement whatsoever, claiming the ASCAP, the organization charged with collecting royalties, named him as a plaintiff on their own volition. [NJ via Eater NY]
