Gawker brings us some video of a new cocktail-shaking method that's causing a stir among bartenders in New York. According to the NYT Diner's Journal the method, called the Hard Shake, and perfected by Kazuo Uyeda a "Japanese bartender and cocktail-shaking philosopher" will be revealed to an audience at New York's Hiro Ballroom in May for the low price of $675 a person, but thanks to the miracle of the Internet, you can watch it over on Gawker right now.
