Food writer and former Iron Chef judge, The House of Pim, recounts the sensory overload of a trip to the Cote d’Azur with long-term boyf David Kinch, who happens to be the Michelin-starred, 2010 JBA-award-nominated chef at Manresa in Los Gatos. After gallivanting with the thin, tan bodies of the French coast, the food-minded twosome wander to Menton to experience the cuisine and garden of one-star-Michelin compadre: Mauro Colagreco. For those seething with envy, the good news is, Mauro will be moonlighting in The Cats next weekend dishing out an 8-course dinner with Kinch, and there are still a few tickets left for the chef dance on Sunday, April 11. If you’ve got $225 to spare, hop here right quick. [CP]
