A tip - complete with a real estate ad - came through the hotline tonight that the charming Inner Richmond establishment, Cafe Velo Rouge, was on the market. That prompted a quick call to owner Mark Ciaran McFeeney who laughed and said it is not true. "Business is great," he said, and in fact, they just celebrated their second anniversary on Monday.
