When chef/owner Amy Murray says her new project is called Revival, she means it literally. She is working on restyling the 1901 space to celebrate the era in which it was built, and is committed to doing her part to rejuvenate and support the neighborhood. That includes using local and non-commerical ingredients sourced from the community, as well as recycling and reusing products as much as possible.
Murray has given us a sneak peek at the early stages of transformation. Michael Brennan is working on the turn of the century make-over.
