Brooke Arthur's last day as Bar Manager at the Mission's Range Restaurant will be tomorrow. It just so happens she's moving on to help Nancy Oakes with the bar program at the forthcoming Prospect. You'll remember we last spoke of the new restaurant from Oakes and Boulevard chef Ravi Kapur when the build-out was just beginning at SOMA's Infinity in November of last year. Don't take Arthur's movement as any indication that Prospect will be opening very soon. LiveSoma walked by the other day and noted, "it looked like a lot of construction still needed to be done." Nevertheless, we know an expert cocktail collection will be in rotation when the spot does open.
