Folio Doneski; Kasa Serves Trini Food; Maoz in Berkeley

CASTRO – Tomorrow Kasa will serve Trinidadian cuisine, combining Indian, African, and British influences, for one night only. Kasa Chef Anamika Khanna’s Trini Plate, including curried chicken, aloo channa, pumpkin talkari and daal roti will be available for $10.95.[EaterWire]

UNION SQUARE – Also tomorrow night, Seattle-based restaurateur Chef Tom Douglas and award winning Master Sommelier Andrea Robinson, will be hosting a food-and-wine pairing event at Macy’s Cellar.
