Prospect isn't opening for about a month, but tonight you can try some of the drinks from its cocktail list at Beretta. Prospect bar manager, Brooke Arthur, will be shaking up some of her favorites, like the Kokomo with rum, maderia and nutmeg, starting at 5:30 p.m. And that's not all: Beretta's bar manager, Ryan Fitzgerald, is planning to make the guest bartending more of a regular thing in the coming year. Look out for quarterly visits from accomplished tenders and tendresses from New York, Portland, Seattle and other cities that are ahead of the cocktail curve. [EaterWire]
