Picture%209.pngLooks like Posh Bagel, the local chain with 14 retail locations throughout the Bay Area, has some major holes in its business practices. The company owner and founder, Jeffrey Ottoveggio, and his wife Cheryl Ann Lee were arrested on Thursday at their home in Redwood City on suspicion of failure to correctly report employee injuries and hours worked. Mr. and Mrs. Posh are currently booked into Santa Clara County jail with bail set at $500,000 each. We called several locations around town, confirming the arrest has not yet affected operations, but please do tip us off if you notice any funny business at your neighborhood Posh. [CBS 5]
