Bite Club Eats recently revealed the forthcoming restaurant and bar in Healdsburg's LEED-certified H2 Hotel has been christened Spoonbar. The restaurant, a "fresh, new, Mediterranean" affair will open on July 1, and they currently have this call out on Craigslist for most kitchen positions. According to one H2 Hotel rep, they aim to be ready to go in June for a soft launch, media events, and other insider junkets.
