Sunset magazine just announced the schedule of seminars and participating chefs at its Celebration Weekend 2010 to be held June 5-6 at their campus in Menlo Park. Admission ($16) is relatively low, if you're interested in seeing Roy Choi of LA's Kogi Korean BBQ, Ryan Farr (pictured) of 4505 Meats, and 14 other chefs on stage presenting throughout the course of the two days.
Sam's Chowder House, Liba Falafel Truck, Kara's Cupcakes, and several food trucks will be on site selling food at vendor-set prices; an artisan food pavilion will house the California Cheese Guild, Acme Bread, Theo's Chocolate, and others who will be sampling and selling fare; and then a separate courtyard will include free samples from creameries and olive oil makers. There's also a collection of $10 wine seminars available for purchase, featuring grapes from Santa Cruz, Paso Robles, Oregon, Washington and other American wine regions. Full schedule and ticketing information can be found here. [EaterWire]
