Maddeningly popular sandwicheria Ike's Place is headed to court next week, possibly facing eviction. Landlord Denman Drobisch, facing a lawsuit from the building's angry residents, sent owner Ike Shehadeh an eviction notice. The shop may also be out of code compliance thanks to an oven.
