Behold the salvaged wood, leather booths, copper bar, and various dining nooks of Brick & Bottle, which will hold its grand opening ribbon cutting ceremony at 5 p.m. today in Corte Madera. As you can see, Michael Brennan's space design offers multiple options for your various dining moods; and there's also an un-pictured outdoor patio with brick fire pit and communal dining table. Owner Scott Howard has enlisted Bob Simontachi, the chef de cuisine that's been with him since his Fork days, to join him here in the kitchen. As far as the menu goes, we mentioned some of the more notable bells and whistles earlier, and now we have this opening dinner menu for you to peruse. Views of Mt. Tam are included. Early reports, as always, are encouraged here.
The restaurant is open Sunday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. until 10 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday from 11.30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Weekend brunch will be available from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and happy hour is from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. to close Monday through Friday.
