Take a Thursday afternoon virtual stroll through Roam Artisan Burgers, opening Monday at 11 a.m. on Union Street. You'll remember the grass-fed-burger-slinging, hand-made-milkshake-making, kombucha-on-tap-brewing, anti-Coca-Cola-selling concept comes from ex-banker, Joshua Spiegelman and ex-Viking Range culinary master Lynn Gorfinkle. But you may not know Aaron Noveshen of The Culinary Edge, which helped with our beloved Chairman Bao truck, consulted on Roam as well. No wonder they're so on it with the salted caramel milkshakes, wine on-tap, agave-sweetened sodas and such.
