UNION SQUARE - Today Morton's sends a press release with news of new items added to the menu, including smoked salmon pizza and crab cake BLTs at Bar 12.21. Among the new entrees: chilean sea bass glazed with pineapple-pepper salsa, which warrants a big WTF?! Morton's has been around since 1978 and apparently they haven't noticed global awareness of over-fishing has changed a bit since then. [EaterWire]
